This page contains general terms and conditions and the legal notice of  Armagrandi which is a brand of the Company of Ramiz Polat (Polat Otelcilik Tur. işl. inş. plan. san. tic ve ltd. şti.) with tax ID 7320154498 based in Istanbul as solely responsible and with each reservation, updated terms and conditions according to the selected property will be communicated to you in your reservation confirmation. 

In order to maintain our high standards of service and to comply with current legislation we would like to point out that all accommodation properties are entirely non-smoking. Should any guests be found to breach this regulation during their stay possible deep cleaning charges may be levied to their invoice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We operate multiple cancellation policies depending on your booking channel or time frame when you made your booking. This cancellation policy or the link or the information about where to find it is available on your booking confirmation or on the website of your booking channel. Should you change your travel plans and no longer require your room, please ensure you update your booking at least that time period in advance which is stated on your cancellation policy. Failure to notify us may result in partial or full of your stay being charged to the card/payment method used to secure your reservation. In case of not explicitly declared, the general rule is that free Cancellation is possible upto 72 hours before arrival for Standard rate and the paid fee will be refunded full and If booking is made as Non-Refundable, there will be no refund, full amount will be charged.

Pet Policy:
We have a strictly no pets policy in all our hotels and properties. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this decision but due to possible guest and staff allergies we can not permit any animals into the hotel other than Assistance Dogs.

Silence:
Please be aware that an appropriate level of silence is necessary for you and other guests.

Valuable items (money, juwellery etc):
The management takes no responsibility for valuables left in guest rooms or other areas of the hotel. Safety deposit boxes are provided in the room free of charge.

Damages:
Rooms/Properties are being controlled after all check out so after check-in guests should inform the reception asap about any damages in their rooms otherwise in case of a damage report by the housekeeping during guests stay will cause the compansation of this damage will be charged to guests account.
